HOUSE OF 1000 CORPSES

USA, 2003 (MIFF 2003, International Panorama)

Director: Rob Zombie

Director Rob Zombie (of classic trash thrashers White Zombie) directs and provides the soundtrack for this wonderfully insane gore fest. With a plot mixing ill-fated brain experiments, creepy clowns and human gobbling hicks, Zombie salutes his no doubt substantial collection of horror classics. The whole flesh feast is augmented with wild editing, op shop drag and buxom country cannibals.
